HUBUNGAN KOMPETENSI SUPERVISI KEPALA SEKOLAH DENGAN KINERJA GURU DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

Problems in this study Is there a relationship between the principal supervisory competences to the performance of elementary school teachers in the district of Sukoharjo Rayon Eastern. This study aims to determine the competence of supervision principals Relations with the performance of elementary school teachers in the Eastern District of Sukoharjo Rayon academic year 2014/2015. This research method is a method corelasional. population in this study were all primary school teachers who are in the eastern part of the District Sukoharjo Rayon as many as 101 teachers, with a sample size of 50 respondents. The main instrument used was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation. The calculations show a positive relationship between competence supervision of principals with the performance of primary school teachers in the district of East Rayon Sukoharjo with the count value r = 0.527. Masalah dalam penelitian ini Apakah ada hubungan antara kompetensi supervisi kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Sukoharjo Rayon Bagian Timur Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan kompetensi supervisi kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Sukoharjo Rayon Bagian Timur. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru SD Negeri yang berada di Kecamatan Sukoharjo Rayon bagian Timur yaitu sebanyak 101 guru, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 50 responden. Instrumen utama yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan ada hubungan positif antara kompetensi supervisi kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Sukoharjo Rayon Timur dengan nilai r hitung =0,527. Menunjukan bahwa antara kompetensi supervisi kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru memiliki tingkat keeratan yang sedang.
