Hubungan Motivasi Belajar dan Persepsi Siswa Tentang Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru dengan Prestasi Belajar
Abstract
The purpose of this research was to find out the significant and positive correlation between learning motivation and learning achievement, significant and positive correlation between student perception about teacher pedagogic competence with learning achievement, and significant and positive correlation between learning motivation and student perception about teachers pedagogic competence together with student achievement. The type of research was ex-postfacto correlation. Population and sample was 67 students. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation studies. Data analysis technique used was product moment correlation and multiple correlation. The results showed that there was a significant and positive relationship between learning motivation and learning achievement, there was a significant and positive relationship between students perceptions about pedagogic competence of teachers with learning achievement, and there was a significant and positive relationship between learning motivation and students perceptions of pedagogic competence teachers together with student achievement.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar, hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan prestasi belajar, dan hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara motivasi belajar dan persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi pedagogik guru secara bersama-sama dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian yaitu ex-postfacto korelasi. Populasi dan sampel berjumlah 67 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment dan multiple correlation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar, ada hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan prestasi belajar, dan ada hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara motivasi belajar dan persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi pedagogik guru secara bersama-sama dengan prestasi belajar siswa.
