Analisis Riwayat Pemberian Asi Dan Stimulasi Psikososial Dengan Perkembangan Kognitif Anak Usia Dini
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan riwayat pemberian ASI dan stimulasi psikososial dengan perkembangan kognitif anak usia dini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode cross sectional study. Responden adalah ibu yang memiliki anak usia 4-6 tahun dan bersekolah di PAUD Kabupaten Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung. Jumlah responden sebanyak 55 responden yang bersedia mengisi kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis data berupa analisis deskriptif dan inferesial. Analisis inferensial berupa uji hubungan dengan menggunakan uji korelasi spearman. Hasil penelitian menemukan persentase terbesar (69.1%) usia responden adalah 6 tahun. Adapun, persentase terbesar tingkat pendidikan ibu responden (50.9%) adalah S1 dan ayah responden (47.3%) adalah SMA. Selain itu, sebagian besar responden menyatakan memberikan ASI, kolostrum, dan ASI eksklusif sampai 6 bulan. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan lebih dari separuh (56.4%) responden memiliki stimulasi psikososial pada kategori tinggi. Hampir sebagian responden (45.5%) memiliki perkembangan kognitif pada kategori berkembangan sesuai harapan. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan signifikan positif antara riwayat ASI dengan perkembangan kognitif. Dan terdapat hubungan signifikan positif antara pengasuhan dengan perkembangan kognitif.
