PENGEMBANGAN KONTEN PEDAGOGIK GURU SD BERBASIS SELF REFLECTION

Abstract

This study aims to produce the product specifications in the form of elementary teachers pedagogical content-based self-reflection, and the effectiveness of primary teachers pedagogical content-based self-reflection. This research is a research and development (Research and Development) adaptation of Borg and Gall. The collection of data through observation, interviews, questionnaires, written test and Focus group discussion, and then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The average gain in primary school teachers in MKGSD Unila further study is at 0.34 which categorized medium, it can be concluded that an increase learning outcomes pedagogic content of elementary school teachers using the program elementary teachers pedagogical content-based self-reflection. Results of the research is a primary school teacher pedagogical content products based on self-reflection, analysis of the data shows that primary school teachers pedagogical content-based self-reflection is effective in improving pedagogical competence of primary school teachers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan spesifikasi produk berupa konten pedagogik guru SD berbasis self reflection, dan efektivitas konten pedagogik guru SD berbasis self reflection. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) adaptasi dari Borg and Gall. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket, tes tertulis dan Focus group discussion, kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Rata-rata gain pada guru SD yang studi lanjut di MKGSD Unila adalah sebesar 0,34 yang terkategori sedang, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar konten pedagogik guru SD dengan menggunakan program konten pedagogik guru SD berbasis self reflection. Hasil penelitian berupa produk konten pedagogik guru SD berbasis self reflection, analisis data menunjukkan bahwa konten pedagogik guru SD berbasis self reflection efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru SD.
