Focus and Scope

Jurnal Pendidikan MIPA focused on mathematics and science (physics, and chemistry, biology) education issue. In more detail, the scope of interest are, but not limited to:

  1. environmental education
  2. scientific literacy
  3. STEM education
  4. computer-based education and digital competence
  5. higher order thinking skills
  6. multicultural education
  7. attitude towards mathematics and science
  8. models, methods, strategies of learning
  9. virtual and blended learning

Peer Review Process

Jurnal Pendidikan MIPA reviewing policies are:

  1. Every submitted paper will be reviewed by at least two peer-reviewers. 
  2. Reviewers are unaware of the identity of the authors, and authors are also unaware of the identity of reviewers (Double-Blind Peer Reviews).
  3. Reviewing process will consider novelty, objectivity, method, scientific impact, conclusion, and references.

The article evaluation process will be taken approximately three months and the acceptance or rejection decision will be delivered to authors via email and OJS. The articles must not be published elsewhere.

Jurnal Pendidikan MIPA published twice a year on June and December

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate OPEN ACCESS to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full-text articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or author.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
