Sun and UV guidance of the Department of Health and Aged Care .About cooling skin after
exercise .
Good afternoon,
Dear Friends.
Today I would like to tell a little about sun and UV guidance of the Department of Health and Aged Care
You stagger past the gate, heart knocking against ribs still humming up one's forearms – cooling **skin after exercise** is first call before sweat starts to
cake in stubborn places around wrists and neck here, because leaving grit
on one's complexion just keeps grinding you tighter all at dusk
after the parks or concrete bitumen run until legs are leaden quiet underneath chest chatter nobody wants carrying home alone tonight across traffic lights breathing fumes toward apartment lifts where
air feels sticky still even indoors despite aircon groan overhead love tired engine drone from office floor upstairs next flat mates yelling over loud telly rearing evening tension louder inside bones so one's cooldown begins quietly not loud spieling rituals rather towel-on-chilled-counter contact followed slowly by gentle washcloth pressing temples and neck lines
letting cold spring loosen heat pockets lingering deeper beneath muscle sheath holding yesterday deadline panic
trapped along shoulder knot where clatter echoes back replaying emails nobody will read again at dawn then hands smooth downward toward stomach slow breaths coax nervous spark outwards
instead of staying knotted behind eyes all night tossing pillows trying numb brain buzz till midnight
clock ticks cruel outside bedroom sill window
flickerin suburb traffic red tail lamps reflected off potted rubber
tree foliage shadows shifting quietly while shoulders sag looser salt residue flaking into
palms during rinse water swirl spiralled basin basin rim dripped onto timber tray
smelling faint tea-tree freshness mixing lavender steam rising gently from
hand towel dipped chilled river pebble water rinse repeats rhythmically loosening tight jaw unhinging teeth slight clacks falling soft
letting headache fog fade slowly outside skull edges leaving calm spread inward through
ribs expanding wider than lungs allowed during
deadset sprint session ten seconds before stopping altogether suddenly awareness drops low heartbeat steadying slower beneath palm chest rise
becomes gentler signal spine settles heavier mattress foam embracing body weight downward dropping thought streams slowing pace past mental road signs blinking
