Lily James looked giddy as she hopped in the back of a taxi with Glen Powell after a pre-BAFTA party on Saturday night in London.

The Mamma Mia actress, 35, and the actor, 36, both attended the Charles Finch & Chanel BAFTA Party at Loulous in Mayfair.

Glen chivalrously gave Lily his grey suit jacket as she strolled to the waiting car with the garment over her shoulders.

The pair were laughing and smiling together in the back of their chauffeur car without  a care in the world.

The pair had starred together in the 2018 film The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society where they played lovers. 

The film stars Lily as Juliet Ashton while Glen played Mark Reynolds - with the storyline line following their engagement and then eventual break up.

Representatives for Lily and Glen have been contacted by MailOnline for comment. 

For their night out Lily opted for a bouclé two-piece set by Chanel, consisting of a cropped jacket and matching skirt. 

The Pam And Tommy star elevated her height with a pair of back heels and carried a small clutch bag on a silver chain.

Lily is thought to be single at the moment. Last December she was seen leaving celebrity hangout Chiltern Firehouse with American billionaire Brian Chesky - the chief executive of Airbnb. 

US entrepreneur Chesky - said to be worth £6.2billion - seemed keen not to be spotted with the Downton Abbey star, leaving the nightspot via a back entrance and attempting to hide his face as they climbed into a waiting Range Rover together.

It is not clear how the pair know each other.

Chesky, 43, who co-founded the short-term-rental app in 2007, is the 355th richest person in the world, according to Forbes, and was in a long-term relationship with artist Elissa Patel until their split in 2022.

Meanwhile, Lily's relationship history is famously colourful. She has dated Queens of the Stone Age bassist Michael Shuman, but it is unclear if they are still together.

She had been at a star-studded pre-BAFTA party with the likes of Ellie Bamber and Vanessa Kirby





They were seen leaving the exclusive London venue together 





They chatted away in the back of the taxi

Lily was also linked to married actor Dominic West while they filmed The Pursuit of Love together. And she had a five-year relationship with former Doctor Who Matt Smith.
