If you do not configure the Permit web search in copilot client portal login policy, web search is available to users by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, unless you establish the Permit the use of extra optional linked experiences in Workplace policy to Handicapped.

Copilot Chat is now pinned by default in the navigation bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, Groups, and Outlook for a lot of users who are eligible for Copilot Conversation across the web, mobile, and desktop computer.
