If you do not configure the Permit web search in Copilot plan, internet search is readily available to users by default in both Microsoft 365 Reviews on Copilot App and Copilot Conversation, unless you set the Allow the use of added optional linked experiences in Office policy to Disabled.

Copilot Conversation is now pinned by default in the navigation bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, Groups, and Expectation for most users that are eligible for Copilot Chat throughout the web, mobile, and desktop.
