If you do not set up the Permit internet search in Copilot policy, internet search is copilot free offered to users by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, unless you set the Permit the use of extra optional connected experiences in Workplace policy to Handicapped.

Copilot Chat is now pinned by default in the navigating bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, Teams, and Expectation for many individuals that are eligible for Copilot Chat throughout the internet, mobile, and desktop computer.

If you previously chose 'Do not pin Copilot to the navigating bar' in the Microsoft 365 admin facility and additionally uncontrolled the 'Allow individuals to be asked whether they intend to pin it' choice, your setting configuration is 'Do not pin' and your individuals still will not have Copilot pinned in their navigating bar.
