If you do not configure the Permit web search in Copilot plan, web search is readily available to customers by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Conversation, unless you establish the Permit the use of added optional linked experiences in Workplace plan to Disabled.

Copilot Chat is now pinned by default in the navigating bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, Teams, and Overview for a lot of users who are qualified for Copilot Conversation across the internet, mobile, and desktop.

If you formerly selected 'Do not pin Copilot to the navigating bar' in the Microsoft 365 admin center and additionally uncontrolled the 'Permit individuals to be asked whether they wish to pin it' option, your setting arrangement is 'Do not pin' and your users still won't have actually Copilot pinned in their navigation bar.

The Allow web search in Copilot policy also permits you to handle internet search for customers with a Microsoft 365 Copilot certificate.
