Copilot Chat is currently pinned by default in the navigating bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, Teams, and Outlook for most users who are qualified for Copilot Chat across the web, mobile, and desktop computer.

If you formerly selected 'Do not pin Copilot to the navigating bar' in the Microsoft 365 admin facility and additionally untreated the 'Enable customers to be asked whether they want to pin it' alternative, your setup arrangement is 'Do not pin' and your individuals still won't have Copilot pinned in their navigation bar.
