If you do not configure the Permit internet search in Copilot plan, internet search is available to customers by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, unless you set the Permit the usage of additional optional linked experiences in Office plan to Disabled.

Copilot Conversation is now pinned by default in the navigating bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, Teams, and Expectation for the majority of individuals that are eligible for Copilot Portal Software Chat throughout the internet, mobile, and desktop.

If you previously selected 'Do not pin Copilot to the navigation bar' in the Microsoft 365 admin center and likewise unattended the 'Enable individuals to be asked whether they want to pin it' choice, your setup arrangement is 'Do not pin' and your individuals still will not have Copilot pinned in their navigating bar.
