If you do not configure the Enable web search in Copilot policy, web search is available to customers by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, unless you set the Enable the use of added optional linked experiences in Office plan to Handicapped.

Copilot Conversation is now pinned by default in the navigation bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, Teams, and Overview for many users that are qualified for Copilot Chat across the web, mobile, and desktop.

If you formerly picked 'Do not pin Copilot to the navigation bar' in the Microsoft 365 admin center and also uncontrolled the 'Allow individuals to be asked whether they want to pin it' alternative, your setup arrangement is 'Do not pin' and your customers still won't have Copilot pinned in their navigation bar.
