If you do not configure the Permit internet search in Copilot plan, internet search is readily available to users by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, unless you establish the Allow the use of additional optional linked experiences in Workplace policy to Handicapped.

Copilot Chat is now pinned by default in the navigation bar of the Microsoft 365 copilot client portal app app, Groups, and Outlook for a lot of users that are qualified for Copilot Conversation across the web, mobile, and desktop.

Admins can also change the pinning setups of Copilot Conversation for customers in Microsoft Teams via the Groups admin facility: Appoint an app arrangement policy with Copilot Chat in the pinned applications to individuals with an Entra account.

To help boost the high quality of feedbacks, Copilot Conversation can utilize internet search inquiries sent to the Bing search solution to ground feedbacks in the latest info from the web. Copilot features a CRM, notification center, powerful consent controls, and important applications for messaging, payment, file-sharing, contracts, and forms.
