If you do not set up the Allow internet search in Copilot plan, internet search is available to customers by default in both Microsoft 365 Portal Copilot Studio and Copilot Conversation, unless you set the Allow the use of added optional linked experiences in Office plan to Handicapped.

Copilot Conversation is now pinned by default in the navigation bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, Teams, and Outlook for the majority of individuals that are eligible for Copilot Conversation across the web, mobile, and desktop.
