If you do not set up the Allow internet search in Copilot plan, web search is available to individuals by default in both Microsoft 365 copilot app login and Copilot Conversation, unless you set the Permit the use of extra optional connected experiences in Workplace plan to Handicapped.

Copilot Conversation is now pinned by default in the navigating bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, Groups, and Overview for most individuals that are qualified for Copilot Chat across the internet, mobile, and desktop.

Admins can also change the pinning setups of Copilot Chat for individuals in Microsoft Teams with the Teams admin center: Appoint an app configuration policy with Copilot Conversation in the pinned apps to users with an Entra account.

To help boost the quality of feedbacks, Copilot Conversation can make use of web search queries sent out to the Bing search service to ground responses in the current information from the internet. Copilot includes a CRM, alert center, powerful approval controls, and important apps for messaging, invoicing, file-sharing, agreements, and kinds.
