If you do not set up the Allow internet search in Copilot policy, internet search is copilot app free available to users by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, unless you establish the Enable the usage of extra optional linked experiences in Workplace policy to Disabled.

Copilot Chat is now pinned by default in the navigation bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, Groups, and Outlook for most users that are eligible for Copilot Conversation across the internet, mobile, and desktop computer.

Admins can also change the pinning settings of Copilot Conversation for users in Microsoft Teams through the Teams admin facility: Designate an application setup policy with Copilot Chat in the pinned applications to users with an Entra account.

To aid boost the top quality of feedbacks, Copilot Conversation can use web search inquiries sent out to the Bing search service to ground feedbacks in the latest info from the internet. Copilot includes a CRM, alert center, effective authorization controls, and crucial apps for messaging, payment, file-sharing, agreements, and forms.
