If you do not set up the Allow internet search in Copilot plan, web search is readily available to users by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Conversation, unless you set the Permit the use of additional optional linked experiences in Workplace plan to Disabled.

Copilot Conversation is currently pinned by default in the navigation bar of the Microsoft 365 copilot portal software application, Teams, and Expectation for a lot of individuals that are qualified for Copilot Conversation throughout the web, mobile, and desktop.

If you previously chose 'Do not pin Copilot to the navigating bar' in the Microsoft 365 admin facility and likewise uncontrolled the 'Permit individuals to be asked whether they intend to pin it' alternative, your setup setup is 'Do not pin' and your individuals still will not have Copilot pinned in their navigating bar.
