If you do not configure the Permit internet search in copilot portal pricing plan, web search is offered to customers by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, unless you set the Permit the usage of additional optional linked experiences in Office policy to Handicapped.

Copilot Chat is currently pinned by default in the navigating bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, Groups, and Expectation for a lot of customers who are qualified for Copilot Chat across the internet, mobile, and desktop.

If you previously selected 'Do not pin Copilot to the navigation bar' in the Microsoft 365 admin center and additionally unattended the 'Enable individuals to be asked whether they wish to pin it' choice, your setting setup is 'Do not pin' and your individuals still will not have Copilot pinned in their navigating bar.
