If you do not configure the Permit internet search in Copilot policy, internet search is readily available to users by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Conversation, unless you set the Permit the usage of additional optional linked experiences in Office plan to Handicapped.

Copilot Conversation is now pinned by default in the navigating bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, Groups, and Overview for the majority of customers who are eligible for Copilot Chat across the web, mobile, and desktop.

If you previously selected 'Do not pin portal Copilot studio to the navigating bar' in the Microsoft 365 admin center and also untreated the 'Enable customers to be asked whether they intend to pin it' choice, your setup arrangement is 'Do not pin' and your users still won't have Copilot pinned in their navigating bar.

To help enhance the top quality of reactions, Copilot Chat can use web search queries sent to the Bing search service to ground actions in the most recent details from the web. Copilot includes a CRM, notice facility, effective consent controls, and vital apps for messaging, invoicing, file-sharing, agreements, and types.
