If you don't set up the Allow internet search in Copilot plan, internet search is readily available to users by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Conversation, unless you set the Permit the usage of added optional linked experiences in Workplace plan to Disabled.

Copilot Chat is copilot app free currently pinned by default in the navigating bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, Groups, and Outlook for the majority of users who are qualified for Copilot Conversation across the web, mobile, and desktop computer.

Admins can also alter the pinning setups of Copilot Chat for customers in Microsoft Teams via the Teams admin center: Assign an app configuration plan with Copilot Conversation in the pinned applications to users with an Entra account.

To help enhance the quality of feedbacks, Copilot Conversation can utilize web search queries sent out to the Bing search service to ground feedbacks in the most up to date details from the web. Copilot features a CRM, notification center, effective consent controls, and crucial applications for messaging, invoicing, file-sharing, contracts, and forms.
