You can take care of internet search in Copilot Conversation by using the Enable web search in Copilot plan, which is readily available in Cloud Policy service for Microsoft 365 The Permit internet search in Copilot policy is also available in the setups section of the Copilot Control System page in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Copilot Conversation is now pinned by default in the navigation bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, Teams, and Expectation for most users that are qualified for Copilot Conversation across the web, mobile, and desktop.

If you formerly chose 'Do not pin Copilot to the navigating bar' in the Microsoft 365 admin center and likewise unattended the 'Enable customers to be asked whether they intend to pin it' option, your setup arrangement is 'Do not pin' and your users still will not have copilot portal alternative pinned in their navigation bar.

To help improve the top quality of responses, Copilot Conversation can use web search queries sent out to the Bing search service to ground responses in the current details from the web. Copilot includes a CRM, alert facility, effective consent controls, and important applications for messaging, billing, file-sharing, contracts, and forms.
