If you do not set up the Enable internet search in Copilot policy, web search is readily available to users by default in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Conversation, unless you establish the Enable the use of additional optional connected experiences in Office plan to Handicapped.

Copilot Conversation is now pinned by default in the navigation bar of the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, Teams, and Outlook for many customers that are qualified for Copilot Chat across the internet, mobile, and desktop.

Admins can additionally change the pinning setups of Copilot Chat for users in Microsoft Teams through the Teams admin center: Designate an app arrangement plan with Copilot Conversation in the pinned applications to customers with an Entra account.
