We enjoyed our stay at this great family property. Lovely keep. The hosts had been wonderful at speaking and offering information, verify in was simple, and the house was sparkling clean. The home had all of the basic necessities and was comfortable. Lovely home with essentially the most wonderful views. Views are superior, and fairly handy to the beach, an energetic short walk away. The property was very simple to get to on the bus from the wharf and having a comfort store shut by was additionally handy. There's a frequent bus service as well. We would definitely stay there once more as it suited the three couples with upstairs and down stairs accommodation. The views have been amazing and solely a short stroll right down to the beach. The home is superb and Richard took extra time and effort to fulfill us and provides us the low down on how to have the most effective time in Waiheke and take advantage of our keep. You'll have an incredible time right here, guaranteed and well situated for every part. It was clean and really well equipped.

Tidy and clean. Would suggest. Everything was clean and tidy. Clean with all the things one needs for a fantastic holiday. I'd love to return back at some point! The hob wasn't working once we have been there but a temporary one was dropped off the next day for us to use. The property is a straightforward 20 minutes walk to Oneroa, the place there are many cafes, eating places, shops (incl groceries). The views from this property are just as gorgeous as they appear. Bayview Retreat has stunning views of Oneroa and the beach. Incredibly near the seaside additionally which was a plus. It's situated in a great location, solely a brief walk to Little Oneroa seashore and common retailer. Loved the property, beautiful views, enormous backyard, very simple stroll to Little Oneroa, fantastic place to remain and we would not hesitate to remain again. View from the deck is beautiful, 5 min stroll to bus stop, 10 minute stroll to little oneroa. Great place to relax with the family and BBQ with a view! Great place to remain, lovely morning sitting on the deck in the sun. Great keep, friendly host, simple contact and great interactions. Richard could be very pleasant to deal with and easily contactable if required.

Really pleasant and straightforward to deal with. Beautiful bach that had all the things we wanted and extra. Had an amazing time staying at the Bach with friends, it was so nice and clean and had everything we needed, the veiws of waiheke were insane and would highly recommend! My pals and i had a tremendous time at Bayview Retreat. Stayed with buddies at the property and would like to take the children back too. Amazing spot and perfect for a group trip away together, buddies or family The staff are good at preserving in contact and responding to messages, what is electric cable plenty of options from them too. Views are out of this world. There are numerous places to go sit outdoors and chill out as well. Can get a bit scorching on the deck with no shade however was glorious for short stints exterior within the solar. Little bit of a stroll to the seashore (back home all uphill) but worth it as soon as you are there. Wonderful views, comfortable beds, good large towels and very good location in relation to Oneroa and solely a brief walk to the seaside. The property was nice and clean (thanks Richard!) and the rooms had been lovely and quiet.

Thanks for a fabulous stay! Thanks for the awesome stay! Over all a very snug stay and felt extremely welcomed by richard. Great views and supervisor in Richard who was very useful. Amazing views throughout the island with a number of completely different bays and islands throughout. The home captures all of the wonderful things of Waiheke with the panoramic views of the island from its giant deck. Amazing views and nice open plan living. Our Xmas BBQ lunch for 16 was managed with ease given the open plan facilities. An excellent deck for entertaining with plenty of room for the BBQ. It was nice for a larger group, with lots of room for everyone. Great location, a number of area, great hygiene and wonderful view. The images do not do the view justice! Photos don’t do this place justice! We BBQ’d quite a bit on the deck (photographs do not do it justice) and the again backyard was good for lounging round in underneath the trees. The view, the rooms and furnishings and the locality made this a perfect home to rent for our larger group. The place was perfect for our group of eight and was straightforward strolling distance to the beaches and a wooden fired pizza stand.
