ANALISIS KINEMATIKA GERAKAN TENDANGAN ATLET KELUARGA OLAHRAGA TARUNG DERAJAT PROVINSI LAMPUNG

This study aims to analyze the kinematics of kicking movements performed by Tarung Derajat athletes from Lampung Province, serving as a basis for evaluating movement technique. The study was conducted on February 20, 2025, in Bandar Lampung, involving 25 athletes as research subjects. A quantitative descriptive method utilizing a kinematic analysis approach was employed. Data were obtained by video-recording the athletes performing kicks and subsequently analyzed using motion analysis software to determine movement characteristics, including joint angles, movement velocity, kick trajectory, and body coordination. The analysis results are expected to provide information on kicking technique quality, thereby serving as a basis for coaches to design more effective training programs. This study is expected to contribute to the development of Tarung Derajat athletes' performance through the application of biomechanics.
