HUBUNGAN KEKUATAN OTOT TUNGKAI DAN OTOT LENGAN TERHADAP TIGER SPRONG

The purpose of this research is to know the correlation between the tendon Achilles and muscles biceps towards the base technique of tiger sprong to the students at the ninth grade of SMP NEGERI 1 SEPUTIH AGUNG in the academic year 2012/2013. And the researcher hope that it will be benefit for the researcher own and the teacher of penjaskes as media in teaching learning process especially the base technique Tiger Sprong. Research design for this research is correlation of product moment. The sample is the student at the ninth grade of smp negeri 1 seputih agung consists of 32 students. In collecting data, the researcher used purposive sampling. From the result of this research, it was gotten that the strangeness of tendon Achilles and muscles biceps did not have the correlation significantly towards base of Tiger Sprong technique

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kekuatan otot tungkai dan otot lengan terhadap teknik dasar tiger sprong pada siswa kelas IX di SMP Negeri 1 Seputih Agung tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Dan diharapkan bermanfaat bagi peneliti dan guru penjaskes sebagai bahan mengajar dalam kegiatan pembelajaran mata pelajaran penjaskes khususnya teknik dasar tiger sprong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment. Sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas IX di SMP Negeri 1 Seputih Agung yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling. Dari hasil penelitian di dapat bahwa kekuatan otot tungkai dan otot lengan tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap teknik dasar tiger sprong.
