PENGARUH LATIHAN MEMUKUL BALL ON CLIP DAN BOLA DIGANTUNG TERHADAP HASIL SMASH MAHASISWA UKM BOLA VOLI PUTRA UNIVERSITAS LAMPUNG

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the ball on clip and ball exercises were hanging on the results of the smash of male volleyball SMEs in Lampung University. The method used in this study is an experiment. The population in this study were 30 people. The results of data analysis from the average number obtained from the results of the pretest experiment 1 ball on clip 10.8 and the experiment 2 Ball in Hanging 11.06 and the posttest results from experiment 1 Ball On Clip 15.2 while in the experiment 2 Balls in Hanging 13.6. The conclusion of this study is that ball on clip and ball drills are influential in improving the ability of smash results and ball on clip exercises have a significant influence on the practice of ball in the hanging.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan ball on clip dan bola di gantung terhadap hasil smash UKM bola voli putra Universitas Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil analisis data dari jumlah rata-rata yang di dapat dari hasil pretest eksperiment 1 ball on clip 10,8 dan eksperiment 2 Bola di Gantung 11,06 dan di dapatkan hasil posttest dari eksperiment 1 Ball On Clip 15,2 sedangkan pada eksperiment 2 Bola di Gantung 13,6. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah latihan ball on clip dan bola di gantung berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kemampuan hasil smash dan latihan ball on clip memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dari pada latihan bola di gantung
