PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN DIGITAL BERBASIS LITERASI DAN NUMERASI BAGI GURU SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract


ABSTRAK

 

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melaporkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang fokus pada pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran digital berbasis literasi dan numerasi untuk guru sekolah dasar. Program ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan literasi dan numerasi melalui media pembelajaran digital untuk memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan metode penyuluhan, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan praktek aplikatif. Proses ini melibatkan tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, dengan kerja sama antara tim pengabdian dan mitra sekolah dasar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kepercayaan diri guru peserta dalam pengembangan dan implementasi media pembelajaran digital. Dampak positif terlihat pada kualitas pengajaran dan potensi untuk integrasi lebih lanjut dari teknologi pendidikan. Pelatihan ini berhasil dalam memperkuat kapasitas guru sekolah dasar dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran digital berbasis literasi dan numerasi. Ditemukannya peningkatan kompetensi dan kepercayaan diri guru menunjukkan relevansi dan efektivitas metode pelatihan, yang sejalan dengan tren dan kebutuhan pendidikan kontemporer.

ABSTRACT

 

This article aims to report the results of community service activities that focus on training on making digital learning media based on literacy and numeracy for elementary school teachers. This program is designed to improve teacher competence in integrating literacy and numeracy through digital learning media to enrich students' learning experience. Training is carried out with counseling methods, discussions, questions and answers, and applicative practices. This process involves the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages, with cooperation between the service team and elementary school partners. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the knowledge, skills, and confidence of participating teachers in the development and implementation of digital learning media. A positive impact is seen on the quality of teaching and the potential for further integration of educational technologies. This training was successful in strengthening the capacity of elementary school teachers in making digital learning media based on literacy and numeracy. The discovery of increased teacher competence and confidence shows the relevance and effectiveness of training methods, which are in line with contemporary educational trends and needs.
