FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENYEBAB RENDAHNYA PEMAHAMAN NILAI NILAI SUMPAH PEMUDA

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the factors that cause the low comprehension about the value of youth oath in the youth group of Bumi Mulyo Village Bumi Kencana district in Lampung Tengah 2015. The kind of this research was quantitative research with the youth group of Bumi Mulyo as the object of this research. Data collecting technique was by questionaire techniques and also using interview and documentation.This research was using percentage formula to analyze the data. Based on the result of the research, it was found that external factor had more influence in lowest comprehension about youth oath and they had less attitude about nationalism and patriotism. The govermment have less role to support young generation in this district to embed the value of youth oath, the govermment have more priority to growing the general interest likes a social properous and the village development.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan faktor faktor penyebab rendahnya pemahaman nilai-nilai sumpah pemuda di kalangan pemuda dusun Bumi Mulyo Desa Bumi Kencana Kecamatan Seputih Agung Kabupaten Lampung Tengah Tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian adalah pemuda dusun Bumi Mulyo Kecamatan Seputih Agung Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan teknik pokok angket serta teknik penunjang wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus presentase.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa rendahnya pemahaman dominan dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal, sikap nasionalisme dan patriotisme masih rendah.Peranan pemerintah desa juga kurang mendukung dalam menanamkan nilai nilai kepemudaan. Pemerintahan desa lebih memprioritaskan kesejahteraan sosial dan pembangunan infrastruktur desa.
