Peningkatan Kinerja Guru Era Society 5.0 melalui Self-Efficacy
Abstract
Kinerja guru era society 5.0 yang baik akan membawa perubahan dalam dunia pendidikan. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja guru era society 5.0 di sekolah dasar negeri kota Bandar Lampung. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji peningkatan kinerja guru era society 5.0 terhadap self-efficacy. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 3359 guru di SD Negeri Kota Bandar Lampung. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 354 guru. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket dengan skala Likert. Uji coba instrumen dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan kinerja guru era society 5.0 melalui self-efficacy. Sehingga penelitian ini memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan kinerja guru era society 5.0 melalui self-efficacy.
