Analisis Dampak Kehadiran Guru Penggerak di Sekolah Dasar Kabupaten Bima

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the impact of the presence of the first batch of elementary school driving teachers in 2021 at SDN Sondosia. The research subjects are the Principal, Class Teachers, and Students. This type of descriptive qualitative research uses a case study research design. The research was conducted at SDN Sondosia, Bolo District, Bima Regency. Data collection techniques, namely interviews and questionnaires to gather information. The research technique uses a purposive sampling technique. The data in this study used the triangulation method and were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study showed that (1) the leadership of the principal of SDN Sondosia after having a driving teacher was categorized as good because the principal continued to try to provide guidance to educators and educators and continued to make use of the presence of a driving teacher to produce students with character according to the profile of Pancasila students; (2) the performance of the class teacher after the presence of the driving teacher also shows the results of carrying out their duties very well, namely the class teacher has been able to carry out student-centered learning and develop the potential of students according to their talents; (3) The achievement of the Pancasila student profile on students shows that the six dimensions of the Pancasila student profile are already very good with an overall result reaching 91%, and this is inseparable from good cooperation between school principals, driving teachers and class teachers to continue to strive to shape character. students according to the values of the Pancasila student profile.
