Manajemen Pengetahuan Tenaga Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pengetahuan pegawai di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Undata Palu. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Undata Palu yang berjumlah 729 orang. Penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5 persen sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 260 responden. Selanjutnya teknik penarikan sampel dilakukan secara random sehingga seluruh populasi berpeluang dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi langsung, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Data dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pengetahuan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Undata Palu sangat dipengaruhi oleh knowledge conversion yang berarti bahwa tenaga kesehatan mampu memperoleh pengetahuan dari berbagai sumber, baik itu di dalam rumah sakit maupun dari luar rumah sakit. Sementara itu, tenaga kesehatan memiliki kekurangan dalam hal knowledge protection, karena tenaga kesehatan belum mampu menjaga pengetahuan tersebut menjadi pengetahuan yang mereka miliki di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Undata Palu.
