Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share Terhadap Hasil Belajar

Abstract

The problem of this research was the lack of learning result of the fifth grade students at SD Negeri 1 Pinang Jaya. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of application the cooperative learning models think pair share type on thematic learning result of the students. The type of this research is quasi experimental with a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this research are all of the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Pinang Jaya. The sample of this research are the students of VA class as the experiment and VB class as the control class in SD Negeri 1 Pinang Jaya. The sampling technique used in this research is the non probability sampling techniques. The data were collected by using test technique, observation technique and documentation technique. The data analysis was done by using a simple linear regression formula. The result of the analysis show that there is an effect of the application of cooperative learning models think pair share on thematic learning result of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Pinang Jaya.



Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 1 Pinang Jaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think pair share terhadap hasil belajar tematik peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 1 Pinang Jaya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VB sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non probability sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik tes, teknik observasi, dan teknik dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think pair share terhadap hasil belajar tematik kelas V SD Negeri 1 Pinang Jaya.
