Hubungan Kompetensi Profesional Guru dan Motivasi Belajar dengan Hasil Belajar Kelas IV SD

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant relationship between the teacher professional competence of the students’ 'perceptions and learning outcomes, learning motivation with learning outcomes, along with teacher professional competence  in students' perceptions and learning motivation together with learning outcomes in  fourth grade elementary school of Dokter Wahidin Sudiro Husodo cluster. This type of research is ex-post facto correlation. The techniques of collecting data are observation, questionnaire, and documentation study. The instrument of data collection is a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was done by using product moment correlation and multiple correlation. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between teacher professional competence of students' perceptions and learning outcomes, learning motivation with learning outcomes, along with the teacher professional competence  of students' perceptions and learning motivation together with learning outcomes.

 

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan positif dan signifikan kompetensi profesional guru persepsi peserta didik dengan hasil belajar, motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar, dan kompetensi profesional guru persepsi peserta didik dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar kelas IV SD Se-Gugus Dokter Wahidin Sudiro Husodo. Jenis penelitian yaitu ex-postfacto korelasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, angket, dan studi dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpul data berupa angket dengan skala Likert yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment dan multiple correlation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan  signifikan kompetensi profesional guru persepsi peserta didik dengan hasil belajar, motivasi dengan hasil belajar serta kompetensi profesional guru persepsi peserta didik dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar.
