Hubungan Kecerdasan Verbal Dan Logika-Matematika Dengan Meyelesaikan Soal Cerita Matematika

Abstract


The problem in this research was the result of learning the mathof students grade V Elementary School Gugus Mawar of Central Metro were still low. The type of this research was an ex-postpacto correlationnal. The sample of this research was 62 respondents. The purpose of this research was to determine thesignificant correlation between Verbal Intelligence and Logic-Mathematic Intelligence with Ability Solving Mathematics Story Problem of students. Technique of collecting the dataoibtained through interview, study of documentation, and test technique.Based on the result of the hypothesis testshowed there was a significant and positive correlation between Verbal Intelligence and Logic-Mathematic Intelligence with Ability Solving Mathematics Story Problem of Students Grade V Elementary School Gugus Mawar of Central Metro with tcount 53,> ttable 3,15 (with ? = 0,05).

Masalah penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD Negeri Gugus Mawar Metro Pusat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex-postpacto korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 62 responden.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan verbal dan kecerdasan logika-matematika dengan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matamatika siswa.Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex-postfacto korelasional.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, studi dukumentasi dan teknik tes.Berdasarkan hasil pehitungan uji hipotesis menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara antara kecerdasan verbal dengan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matamatika siswa kelas V SD Negeri Gugus Mawar Metro Pusat dengan thitung = 53,3>ttabel= 3,15 (? = 0,05).
