Pengembangan LKPD Tematik dengan Metode Inkuiri untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Peserta Didik

Abstract

This study aims were to know the affectiveness of thematic work sheet with Inquiry method to increase students learning outcomes and critical thinking at elementary school grade IV. This research method uses Research and Development. Data collection tools use test and non test. The population were 256 students. Sampling was done by area random sampling technique as many as 71 students. Place of study in SD Negeri 01 Sukamaju. Data were analyzed using N-Gain test. The result of the research indicates that the creation of students; tematic work sheet with inquiry method effectively used to improve the studens critical thinking skill and learning outcones with N-Gain increase of 0.436 medium category, and critical thinking ability increased by 0.8 with average of 3.88 with critic category.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan produk pengembangan lembar kegiatan peserta didik tematik dengan metode inkuiri dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik sekolah dasar kelas IV. Metode penelitian menggunakan Research and Development. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan test dan non test. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 256 peserta didik. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik area random sampling sebanyak 71 siswa. Tempat penelitian di SD Negeri 01 Sukamaju. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terwujudnya LKPD tematik dengan metode inkuiri efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar dengan peningkatan N-Gain sebesar 0,436 kategori sedang, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0.8. dengan rerata 3.88 dengan kategori kritis.
