Pengembangan LKS Berbasis Pendekatan Konstruktivisme Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Kelas IV SD

Abstract


The purpose of research and development is to produce LKS products and to know the effectiveness of LKS based on constructivism approach to improve student learning outcomes. The method used is research and development (R & D) refers to Borg & Gall's theory. The population of the study were 97 fourth graders of Elementary School Cut Nyak Dien, Batanghari District and 72 students with purposive sampling technique. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire, multiple choice questions. Data analysis using t test formula and n-gain. The result of this research shows that LKS based on this constructivism approach can be used in learning based on media expert validation 89,00 good category and material expert equal to 68,10 category enough. LKS based on constructivism approach effectively tested the main and operational test proves that student learning outcomes using LKS based on constructivism approach is higher than students who have not used LKS based on constructivism approach.

Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan adalah menghasilkan produk LKS dan mengetahui efektivitas LKS berbasis pendekatan konstruktivisme untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) merujuk pada teori Borg & Gall. Populasi penelitian adalah 97 siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Cut Nyak Dien Kecamatan Batanghari dan sampel 72 siswa dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan lembar angket, soal pilihan ganda. Analisis data menggunakan rumus uji t dan n-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKS berbasis pendekatan konstruktivisme ini dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran berdasarkan validasi ahli media sebesar 89,00 kategori baik dan ahli materi sebesar 68,10 kategori cukup. LKS berbasis pendekatan konstruktivisme efektif diuji coba utama dan uji coba operasional membuktikan bahwa hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan LKS berbasis pendekatan konstruktivisme lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang belum mengunakan LKS berbasis pendekatan konstruktivisme.
