The lawsuit claims that GirlsDoPorn 'trafficked hundreds of high school and college-aged women for sex under the false pretext of a modeling shoot' and they would use 'drugs, alcohol, fraud, coercion, intimidation and threats of force,' against the women to get them to film explicit scenes.

Another summed up the hit that kind of relationship could have on his career this way; 'Dating a pornstar?' they asked. 'Seeing you in a whole new light…and it's not good at all. Good thing I was already mostly over Hot Ones.'

The event, which saw President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump battle it out on camera, started at 9pm ET - the same time viewership on Pornhub dropped by -8 percent from its average viewership.

The companies must provide detailed information on measures they have taken to assess and mitigate risks for minors online and to prevent amplification of illegal content and gender-based violence by July 4, the Commission said on Thursday.

That year, traffic to the adult content site dropped by -18.5 percent at 9pm ET and during the first hour of the debate, compared to a -16 percent  in 2016 when the candidates took the stage for the first time.

They used her pageant title to their advantage to lure more viewers in to watch her non-consensual sex scenes she filmed at 18 years old, according to the lawsuit. Her porn video was even the second-most watched on Pornhub for the year of 2014

Because you must be 18 to get a credit card in the UK, credit card checks are also listed as 'highly effective', as are email-based age estimations, which estimate your age based on the other services where you've provided your email address.

The investigation found users were monetizing videos of women being raped, and under-aged girls being molested or blackmailed into sex acts. According to the investigation, many of those kinds of videos were taken down by the Canadian-owned company, but quickly uploaded again.

When the second video was finished, Pratt forced Althaus to perform oral sex on him in his car. He took her to his home and sexually assaulted her multiple times, and even made her suck on his gun in a sexual manner, the lawsuit states.   

In the filing from September 8, Althaus said she was raped multiple times in a hotel room over a 10-hour period after being plied her with alcohol and drugs. She was left her in a pool of blood caused by the repeated, violent nature of the sex acts.

After being dumped — reportedly over the phone — Melissa took to X (formerly Twitter), writing, 'Don't try to date a [p--- star] if you actually hate [p---]...' in a now-deleted post, according to Page Six. 

'Out of fear and under duress, the plaintiff participated in additional videos,' the lawsuit states. She repeatedly told them to stop filming, and Pratt burst into a fit of rage, breaking a lamp in the hotel room during the ordeal. 

Pornhub's terms of service prohibits content featuring anyone under the age of 18 or 'depicting underage sexual activity, non-consensual sexual activity, revenge porn, blackmail, intimidation, snuff, torture, death, violence, incest, racial slurs, or hate speech,' but the investigation discovered these terms were difficult to enforce in light of the large amount of content uploaded to the site daily.

It was only when the Department of Justice seized and shut down GirlsDoPorn and MindGeek that Althaus' explicit videos were temporarily removed. But with the nature of the internet, the clips have never been fully scrubbed.
