PENGARUH IKLIM SEKOLAH DAN SIKAP SISWA MELALUI MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR

Abstract

This study is a descriptive verification to determine the effect of school climate and student attitudes, toward achievement through motivation. The study population numbered 136 students and a sample of 101 students were determined by simple random sampling technique. The results showed: (1) school climate can affect motivation, (2) students' attitudes can affect motivation, (3) school climate influenced by the students' attitudes toward achievement, (4) school climate effect on achievement, (5) influence students' attitudes toward achievement, (6) effect on achievement motivation, (7) school climate through the effect on achievement motivation, (8) affect students' attitudes toward achievement through motivation, (9) school climate and student attitudes can affect motivation, and (10) school climate and student attitudes through an effect on achievement motivation.

Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif verifikatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim sekolah dan sikap siswa, terhadap prestasi melalui motivasi. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 136 siswa dan sampel 101 siswa yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) iklim sekolah berpengaruh terhadap motivasi, (2) sikap siswa berpengaruh terhadap motivasi, (3) iklim sekolah berpengaruh dengan sikap siswa terhadap prestasi, (4) iklim sekolah berpengaruh terhadap prestasi, (5) sikap siswa berpengaruh terhadap prestasi, (6) motivasi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi, (7) iklim sekolah berpengaruh terhadap prestasi melalui motivasi, (8) sikap siswa berpengaruh terhadap prestasi melalui motivasi, (9) iklim sekolah dan sikap siswa berpengaruh terhadap motivasi, dan (10) iklim sekolah dan sikap siswa melalui motivasi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi.
