IMPROVING STUDENT LEARNING ACTIVITIES AND RESULTS BY MODEL COOPERATIVE LEARNING NHT
Abstract
Data was collected
by observation and achievement test. The data obtained were then analyzed using
qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques.
The results showed that by using a model of cooperative learning type NHT can
increase the activity and student learning outcomes in science subjects. It can be seen from
the increase in the student activity from cycle I to cycle II is from the category of
"moderately active" to "inactive". While increasing student mastery of learning outcomes
from the first cycle to the second cycle of the category "medium" to "high" or increase of
51.61% in the first cycle to 77.42% in the second cycle.
