Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Berbasis Pendekatan CTL Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

This research and development aims to produce teaching material CTL based which proper used on learning process and also efective in increasing of learning achievement. The method of this research is reseacrh and development using Borg and Gall research procedure. There are 156 students at the 4th grade in SDN 2 Harapan Jaya as research population. Sample of population are 76 students, choosen by using random sampling technique with grade 4th A as a control class and grade 4th B as an experiment class. The instuments that are used to know the proper of teaching material on this research are assessment sheet of teaching material which is done by some experts in teaching material, teaching media, teaching learning process, and questionnaire students responses. Tests sheets instrument are used to know the students achievementh in learning. This research resulted a proper teaching material and efectively used in increasing students learning achievement.

Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk bahan ajar berbasis CTL yang layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran dan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan menggunakan prosedur pengembangan Borg and Gall. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Harapan Jaya sebanyak 156 siswa. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik random sampling sebanyak 76 siswa dengan menggunakan kelas IVA sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas IVB sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kelayakan adalah lembar penilaian bahan ajar oleh ahli materi, ahli media, praktisi, dan angket respon siswa. Instrumen tes digunakan untuk mengukur hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk bahan ajar yang layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar.
