In lists, commas are included between elements of the list and before the final "and" in the list, like "Sham, Ham, and Japeth". Although at one time, the typographical convention was to always put a comma or period (full stop) inside of a final quotation mark, at least in America, we prefer to use the convention of doing so only when that punctuation really belongs as part of the quoted text, or when the quoted sentence ends at the same point as the enclosing sentence. Meaning is more important than the looks of the typography, and the original historical reasons for always putting period or comma next to a letter instead of between a quote and space are no longer relevant. The first level of a quotation is enclosed with double quote marks. The second level (a quote within a quote) is enclosed within single quote marks. Further nesting alternates between double and single quote marks, up to 5 levels deep.

By deflecting serious situations with humor, Blitzo keeps others at arm’s length, protecting himself from potential hurt or rejection. Work serves as another escape for Blitzo. His dedication to I.M.P. This workaholic tendency might seem admirable in a business sense, but it often comes at the cost of personal relationships and self-reflection. When humor and work aren’t enough, Blitzo falls back on good old-fashioned avoidance. Emotional vulnerability is his kryptonite, and he’ll go to great lengths to sidestep situations that might expose his softer side. This avoidance manifests in various ways, from abrupt subject changes to literal physical escape attempts. Lastly, there’s Blitzo’s tendency to overcompensate. His bravado and outrageous behavior often serve to mask deep-seated insecurities. It’s a classic case of "fake it ’til you make it," taken to demonic extremes. Because analysts agreed in 2014 that the NDCs would not limit rising temperatures below 2 °C, the global stocktake reconvenes parties to assess how their new NDCs must evolve so that they continually reflect a country's "highest possible ambition". While ratcheting up the ambition of NDCs is a major aim of the global stocktake, it assesses efforts beyond mitigation. On 30 November 2023, the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28) commenced in Dubai with renewed calls for amplified efforts towards climate action. Article 6 has been flagged as containing some of the key provisions of the Paris Agreement. Broadly, it outlines the cooperative approaches that parties can take in achieving their nationally determined carbon emissions reductions. In doing so, it helps establish the Paris Agreement as a framework for a global carbon market. Article 6 is the only important part of the agreement yet to be resolved; negotiations in 2019 did not produce a result.
