Upaya Meningkatkan Aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar Matematika Melalui Pembelajaran dengan Pendekatan Matematika Realistik

Abstract


Applied learning by teachers greatly affect the success of students in learning.  The low learning and activity  outcomes are not indication yet optimal learning. This research is   the PTK aimed to improve learning and activity  outcomes math class VIII / 4 SMP Kosgoro 1 Bandar Sri Bhawono East Lampung semester Academic Year 2012/2013, through Mathematic Realistic Approach. Action is  conducted in three cycles, each cycle including: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data were collected through observation of student activity at each meeting and learning outcomes gained through the end of each test cycle. Based on data analysis results of this research note that an increase in the percentage of students active and learning outcomes in each cycle. Percentage of students active continuted in Cycle I, II, III was 51.35%, 69.44% and 81.08%. Percentage of students who pass the learning continuted cycle I, II, III was 51.35%, 66.66% and 78.37%. From these results it can be concluded that the application of PMR in learning can increase student, activity and the result of mathematic learning class VII1 / 4 SMP Kosgoro 1 Bandar Sri Bhawono Odd Semester Academic Year 2012/2013.
