PENGARUH PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE NUMBERED HEADS TOGETHER

Abstract


This quasi experimental research aims to know the influence of cooperative learning model type Numbered Heads Together (NHT) towards students’ interest and the value of mathematics learning outcomes, a case study in 8th grade students of even semester Junior High School State 3 Bandar Lampung in Academic Years 2012/2013. A population of this research is all 8th grade students of Junior High School State 3 Bandar Lampung in Academic Years 2012/2013 that is distributed into seven classes. The samples are two classes that are obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Based on hypothesis testing results, it is concluded that the implementation of cooperative learning model type NHT has influence towards students’ interest and the value of mathematics learning outcomes . It is showed that students’ interest and the value of mathematics learning outcomes in cooperative learning model type NHT is higher than students’ interest and the value of mathematics learning outcomes in conventional learning.
