KONTRIBUSI TINGGI BADAN, PANJANG, KEKUATAN LENGAN, PANJANG, POWER TUNGKAI TERHADAP FREE THROW

This study aims to determine the contribution of the factors that affect free throw shoot the basketball game class XI SMK Darul Hidayah Sriminosari Son District of Labuan Maringgai East Lampung regency . This type of research is survey methode . With a population of 117 students of class XI consisting of 29 students and 88 female students , 29 students with a numbered sample nonprobabillity sampling technique . Data collection techniques using anthropometric tests and test basic motion shoot free throw in basketball . While the techniques of data analysis using multiple regression analysis . The results of the analysis of the study revealed that there is the contribution of the heights of 51.3 % , 61.5 % of arm length , arm strength by 48.8 % , 54.2 % of leg length , and leg power by 52.5 % .

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi free throw shoot pada permainan bola basket kelas XI Putra SMK Darul Hidayah Sriminosari Kecamatan Labuhan Maringgai Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Dengan populasi sebanyak 117 siswa kelas XI yang terdiri dari 29 siswa dan 88 siswi, sampel berjumlah 29 siswa dengan teknik nonprobabillity sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes antropometri dan tes gerak dasar free throw shoot dalam bola basket. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil analisa penelitian menunjukan terdapat kontribusi dari tinggi badan sebesar 51,3%, panjang lengan sebesar 61,5%, kekuatan lengan sebesar 48,8%, panjang tungkai sebesar 54,2%, dan power tungkai sebesar 52,5%.
