PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KERJA SISWA BERBASIS SCIENTIFIC APPROACH
Abstract
The objectives of this study are to (1) analyze the potential and condition to develop a scientific approach based worksheet in Science, (2) describe the process of development, (3) produce, (4) analize the effectiveness, (5) analize the efficiency, and (6) analyze the attractiveness of worksheet in Science. This research employed research and development design. This research was conducted in Junior High School in Bandar Lampung. Data was analyzed descriptive qualitatively. The conclusions of research are: (1) It is potential to develop a scientific approach based worksheet of Science in Junior High School in Bandar Lampung, (2) the development of worksheet are done by conducting a study theoritically and empirically, the results were validated by some experts. Therefore, they are revised based on the suggestion of the experts then they were examined, (3) it is produced a scientific approach based worksheet in Science, (4) effectiveness of the worksheet with the average gain 0,79, (5) efficiency of the worksheet is 1,32, (6) the worksheet is attractive to use with the value of 80%.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis potensi dan kondisi untuk mengembangkan LKS IPA, (2) mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan, (3) menghasilkan, (4) menganalisis efektifitas, (5) menganalisis efisiensi, dan (6) menganalisis kemenarikan LKS IPA. Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian dan pengembangan. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP di Bandar Lampung. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan angket. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah: (1) SMP di Bandar Lampung yang berpotensi untuk pengembangan LKS, (2) proses pengembangan LKS dilakukan melalui studi teoritik dan empiris, serta divalidasi oleh para ahli yang kemudian direvisi berdasarkan saran-saran perbaikan serta diujikan, (3) dihasilkan LKS IPA, (4) efektifitas LKS dengan rata-rata gain 0,79, (5) efisiensi LKS dengan nilai 1,32, (6) LKS menarik untuk digunakan dengan rata-rata persentase 80%.
