EVALUASI KINERJA GURU FISIKA BERSERTIFIKAT PROFESI
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to obtain information and provide recommendations as well as to describe the physics teacher performance which has been professionally certified in lesson planning, implementation and evaluation of learning lessons. Population and sample in this research was determined by purposive sampling were which 8 principals, 8 supervisors, and 80 students, data collection technique was using questionnaires and the data were analyzed descriptively qualitative. The results of the research of physics teacher performance achievement which has been professionally certified at SMA Tanggamus, in the planning of education in general, was sufficient category (64.58%), the principal categories was enough votes (37.5%), supervisors category enough (62.5% ), student assessment category enough (65%), in the implementation of education in general, sufficient category (71.88%), the principal categories of enough (62.5%), supervisors category was enough (50%), student assessment category was enough (75%) in the evaluation of education in general, sufficient category (65.63%), the principal categories was enough (37.5%), supervisors category was enough (75%).
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi dan memberikan rekomendasi serta mendeskripsikan kinerja guru fisika bersertifikat profesi. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah 8 kepala sekolah, 8 pengawas dan 80 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dianalisis data secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ketercapaian kinerja guru fisika bersertifikat profesi dalam perencanaan penilaian kepala sekolah katagori cukup (37,5%), penilaian pengawas katgori cukup (62,5%), penilaian siswa katagori cukup (65 %), dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran penilaian kepala sekolah katagori cukup (62,5%), penilaian pengawas katgori cukup (50%), penilaian siswa katagori cukup (75 %).
