PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA ANIMASI PADA MATERI TEORI TUMBUKAN

Abstract


The purpose of this research was to describe the validity and the practicality of the animation media developed. This research used the Research and Development (R&D). Based on the results of expert validation, on aspects of content and aspects of the attractiveness of the suitability obtained high category. Practicality is measured from the responses of teacher, student, and enforceability of media animations on collision theory. The response of teachers to the content suitability and the attractiveness was categorized as very high. The response of students to the attractiveness of the media animation was categorized as very high. The response of students towards learning using animation media was categorized as high. The assesment of the observer to the enforceability of animation media in learning was categorized as high. Based on the research results, the animation media development results is valid and practical used to be in the learning activities.

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan validitas, dan kepraktisan dari media animasi yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D). Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli, pada aspek kesesuaian isi dan aspek kemenarikan diperoleh kategori tinggi. Kepraktisan diukur dari tanggapan guru, tanggapan siswa, dan keterlaksanaan media animasi pada materi teori tumbukan. Tanggapan guru terhadap kesesuaian isi dan kemenarikan dikategorikan sangat tinggi. Tanggapan siswa terhadap kemenarikan media animasi dikategorikan sangat tinggi. Tanggapan siswa terhadap pembelajaran menggunakan media animasi dikategorikan tinggi. Penilaian observer terhadap keterlaksanaan media animasi dalam pembelajaran dikategorikan tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, media animasi hasil pengembangan dinyatakan valid dan praktis digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.
