Hydrometeorological disasters are events caused by atmospheric dynamics related to water, air, and the Earth's surface. The utilization of spatial data for disaster hazard mapping has not been widely implemented across various regions in Indonesia, particularly for specific disasters such as hydrometeorological events, including floods, landslides, and droughts. The objective of this study is to map hydrometeorological disaster hazards in the form of landslides in Banten Province.

Based on a bibliometric analysis conducted, no studies were found that specifically focus on landslide hazard mapping in Banten Province. The research methodology employed involves spatial analysis using ArcGIS and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for mapping hydrometeorological landslide hazards in Banten Province. The parameters used include slope gradient maps, rainfall data, proximity to faults, soil type, geological features, drainage density, slope aspect, and NDVI vegetation density.

The analysis results indicate that the area classified as having high hazard levels is the largest, covering 1,929.99 km², followed by the area with moderate hazard levels, which spans 10,007.36 km², and the area with low hazard levels, which is the smallest at 128.13 km². The creation of a hydrometeorological landslide hazard map serves as a component that can enhance the regional resilience index in Banten Province.
